Those are the homes where we see corroded supply lines, narrowing pipes, weak pressure that never improves no matter how many aerators get cleaned, and drains that block again a few months after being cleared because the pipe itself has lost its bore.
North of Taunton, and out through the newer subdivisions, the pipework is modern. The problems there are different: failed fixtures, valve faults, water heaters reaching the end of their life, and the plumbing side of finished basements.
